Refund Policy

At Village Company, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refund policy.

10-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 10-day return window for most items from the date of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and intimate or sanitary goods. Additionally, gift cards and downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on the return process. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
